Theodores Adventures
on the Blue Planet

My coming to this planet was quite unexpected. While working on our Planet Observational and Inquiry Project (POIP). Zarabeth Cuthbert, from your world, had an unfortunate encounter with our Cross-Dimensional Tunnel, causing her to, quite literally, drop into my lab.
Details of which will be found in The Tunnel to There and Back, my first “science fiction mystery novel”, coming soon.
Yes, Melissa. Is this my story or your advertising campaign?
Can't it be both?
I suppose it can.
We are publishing my adventures as fiction. We have had enough trouble, convincing the few people we have told about me that I do exist. Since I am an observer here, I need to keep under the tunnel.
Radar, Theodore, under the Radar.
Not where I come from!
Sorry Theodore, please continue.
The technology on my home planet, Musia is quite advanced. While we do not have rockets to take us to our moons, we have, instead, invented space tunnels. Not practical for on world transportation, but quite handy for traveling between planets and solar systems. I am not authorized to share details about our technology, but it is quite spectacular, if I do say so myself.
Can you talk about how you use your technology to transport yourself around here?
No! Absolutely not! That is have to know information.
Need to know, Theodore, need to know. Ok, sorry I asked.
Have to? Need to? I do not see the difference.
Government Speak.
That is something I know about.
While we have time, I would like to publicly thank Zarabeth
for my accommodations. She did a splendid job, first with a crafty room made to fit me. Now, I have a more permanent two-room wooden structure. It is large enough for me to have other observers over. We can chat and make reports together. Of course, delicious food and beverages are served. Zarabeth is an excellent cook and hostess when she is not solving mysteries, I might add.
Melissa, is that your timer going off?
Yes, have a meeting to attend.
Thank you for helping me. We can continue this another time.
